You're able to have your hosting at Surpass while having your domain registered at another registar, all you have to do is edit your domain's DNS to point to the Surpass servers & you're good to go! It'd be handy to have all of your hosting & domain in one location but it's not necessary.

DNS are your name servers, e.g. ns**.dizinc.com

Thank you very much, Ancyru;

are these re-redirections for just one domain? I plan to host the content of two different webs and domains, both of them with not too much traffic.

There are two options you can do for this, a parked domain or an add-on domain.

A parked domain is where you have another domain & it exactly mirrors your main domain.

www.domain1.com/folder/ would be the same as www.domain2.com/folder/

An add-on domain is where you have another domain but it links to a folder in your main domain.

www.domain.com/folder/ would be the same as www.domain2.com/add-ondomain/folder/

I'm assuming you want an add-on domain since you want to host two different web sites. You would just have to go into cPanel & set up an add-on domain, then point the DNS of the new domain to the same DNS of the other domain. It'll be working in a jiffy!
