Hi Everyone:

I'm trying to add a new domain (Addon Domain) - to my exisiting account:

Existing Domain: 'thedesautels.com'
Addon Domain: 'bettergetitright.com'

The new domain 'bettergetitright.com' is registered w/ mydomain.com and has the same nameserver and dns setup as 'thedesautels.com' - I'm using their nameservers for DNS mang and have A records configured to point at my Suprpass IP. I think all of this looks good.

Yesterday - I removed the domain 'bettergetitright.com' from the Addon Domain page becuase I couldn't remember what the password was set to and didn't see where that info was available.

When I try to reconfigure it - I get the following message: (see below)

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ip.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.

Removed Entry from httpd.conf The subdomain, bettergetitright.thedesautels.com has been removed.

bettergetitright.com could not be setup. The subdomain bettergetitright.thedesautels.com was not setup either.

You might want to open a ticket on this one, as Surpass may need to manually make a change to the main conf file and or DNS via WHM.
