I'm handling my dad's site, I just got it transfered from another host to Surpass Hosting. I recieved an email that if I ordered a domain transfer or registration with Surpass Hosting during the signup process, I will need to update the nameserver addresses on my domain.

So, it gave me the Nameserver Information and everything. Ask me to login into the billing system, which I did. I followed the instructions give. Selecting My Site in the menu and then My Domain. It then showed the domain name with the created date, expire date and auto renew. I click the domain name (which is bedarpakistan.com) and then this message shows up, 'There was an error accessing the requested Domain. If you need further assistance, Please contact your Administrator.'

I tried again, keep getting the same thing.

I'm new to Surpass Hosting so, could someone please help me?

According to http://whois.domaintools.com/bedarpakistan.com

It shows the domain as being registered at TUCOWS. It also looks like the Name Servers are still pointing to their old place.

If you are only hosting the site here with Surpass, then you need to go to TUCOWS and change the Name Servers to the Surpass Name Servers that were given to you in the email. Once that change is made and the DNS propagation completes, it will start showing the site here on Surpass's server.

Are you also wanting to move the domain registration from TUCOWS to Surpass Domains (you don't have to do this).
