How long does it typically take...
when you change a nameserver for the site to show properly?
Is there anything else I need to do after changing the nameservers?

I have seen from 5 minutes to 48 hours, normally just a few hours.
it depends where you are located and which registrar you are using

during the change you may want to check from multiple locations if your are ansy....
