I have registered my domain names through a different company. With this company, I had one of my domains pointing to the servers I received when I signed up here at surpass. Now I have decided I want a different domain to point to the same server so I just adjusted accordingly, removing the ips from my original domain. In the client login of surpass, it still lists my old domain name as the current "subscription" I guess you could say.

What I am getting at is, will surpass recognize this change and send me emails along the lines of "www.whatever.com has resolved to our server" and change my "subscription" ?

Sorry for the long delay here. The domain of your account must be changed by us for it to be reflected. You will need to email supportsurpasshosting.com with your current domain on the account, and the new one you wish to use. Also, if the account is older than 30 days, there will be a fee of $10 to make this change. Please tell us if you intend to pay with credit card of paypal so we can make the neccessary arrangements.

Thanks
