[Answered] HELP! (November 29, 07)
"Jordan" from tech support had me re-set my name servers yesterday to correct a problem... which it did for a short time... this morning, however, my domain points at an EMPTY SERVER... it's an account we had bought and are paying for that we WERE going to switch to... but weren't ready yet and had NOT asked for the pointers to be moved anyway!!!
We've been down all morning... and I had an article about my blog published in a national newspaper... and have lost ALL the traffic thanks to this. Any assistance from ANYONE at Surpass would be greatly appreciated... as they have NOT responded to my submitted ticket or e-mails this morning. XPC-922095 |

ticket updated. Why dont you just change the DNS back to the server that you had originally??
