How do I know if the DNS settings of my addon domain name have changed to the same as my original domain. I went to surpassdomains and changed the settings of the addon but nothing has happened. I went to surpassdomains again and it was showing that the DNS had changed. So why is my addon domain still not working?

Well, you can try using a WHOIS tool to find out. Do a search on the internet for WHOIS and you will find all kinds of useful information. Optionally, you can post the addon domain here and we can look it up for you. If the domain is resolving, it is possible there is a problem with the setup of the addon in your account and support may need to look into it. If that is the case, please email support
surpasshosting.com with the details.
