My domain is heartshaped.org, and I registered for the name + hosting at surpass. I noticed that my domain won't work when I type http://www.heartshaped.org. Yet, http://heartshaped.org work. How can I change that?

+ the ftp accounts I've set up won't work. they show up in the ftp, but not when i type the address.
