still fighting with custom dns

hello again,

i read a lot of threads on how to configure custom dns with godaddy, i think i did it right but i still cant get them to work

this is how it is set up in godaddy

and the same for the second NS: ns2.seoseis.com hosting the second IP provided by surpass

but when i ping this nameservers i get that the hosts couldnt be found.

i want to know if im doing something wrong, or should i contact godaddy on this.

There doesn't appear to be any A records setup for NS1 and NS2. You will first need to submit a support ticket to get those added to your domain before you can actually register the custom dns with godaddy

TRUTH! Those "custom DNS names" have to exist before you can register to them.

Yes.
Submit a ticket with your reseller acct information and what you want your "private name servers" to be.
