Domain issues.

"Issues" because it really is plural, unfortunately.

At any rate, I decided today would be as good of a day as any to purchase a new package and a new domain name to go along with it, along with a new domain name for the package I already owned. Nothing odd happened during registration, and I got my welcome e-mails as usual. Just a little while ago the new package and one of the new domain names status' were changed to "On", while the one I had purchased along with the new package had an error:

"There was an error accessing the request Domain. If you need further assistance, Please contact your Administrator.

aeon-clock.org
Domain not found.
E.1"

I assumed because I got a welcome e-mail with all of the account information (nameservers, FTP, IPs, etc.) that the domain would have been activated along with it, but apparently that isn't the case? I'm a bit confused as to what to do about this, considering all of the invoices are paid and everything.

Also, I'm curious as to how to make the new domain I purchased my main domain in place of the one I have now.

All of the domains/packages were purchased from Surpass, so that shouldn't be part of the problem or any sort of issue. C:

Domains take up to 24 hours to register, so just because the hosting account welcome e-mail was sent out, that doesn't indicate that the registration is yet completed. I checked in your account and was able to manage the domain ok now. Please confirm from your end

My guess is they want to replace the main domain associated with their account with a new one that was just purchased.

I'm pretty sure surpass charges a small fee for this to be done as well.

I was thinking this also, but he purchased a separate hosting account for this domain

In that case, submit a support ticket requesting the domain change for your existing account

Sorry, went to bed. The "Domain not found" issue was fixed overnight, so that's handled.

Thank you both!
