all im asking for is to look over the account and you will find i was the one who bought it and all that stuff. why wont anyone working here do that? is not hard.

How so? What kind of issues have you been running into? If it's related to pass81, please post a new topic and I'll look into it for you.

Personally I don't have any issues but I noticed a lot of other complaints about lack of support on the forum.

I guess i'm just used to my old host that would reply to tickets in under 1hr (usally in 20mins after my posting) instead of in several hours or longer, then again I guess you probably do have more customers.
