MY DOMAIN GOT HACKED!
well not only that but almost every online account i had got hacked! how? some dude sent me a program telling me it was scripts that could be helpful for my site, i didnt even notice it was a .exe file....
it was a virus/keylogger so they got all my logins to almost everything i use online my domain is: myspacelyts.net i bought it with surpasshosting, been trying to contact them all day and nothing. i think its so lame not to have a phone where people can call! thing is this kid got my registrar login which is surpass.. and they changed my name server/dns and now its pointing to another site and all this crazy stuff i really need help as soon as possible i been contacting surpass via email. i already sent the fax asking for email change, and with my 2 identifications please if any admin of this forum see this please make sure i get help |

If you have a ticket in that is where they'll help you out. Make sure you don't keep replying to the ticket trying to get an update because that pushes the ticket to the end of the list.
You may want to post your ticket id here in case a staff members sees it. Make sure you scan your computer with a few anti-virus programs to be sure the keylogger is gone. I suggest using whatever anti virus software you have as well as an online scan like this: Trend Micro HouseCall - Free Online Virus and Spyware Scan - Trend Micro USA After that, make sure to change all passwords that you use. Don't want this guy to be able to get back in after you changed it because the keylogger was still there.

Steph I feel so bad for you
 I was about to make a thread about it but I see you've already started it. Hopefully they can take care of you. You also should let them know this is your income as well, is just not some site that you have for the hell of it. I know I'd be pretty upset if someone was messing with my money and not do something about it. I called eNom and they say only surpass can do something about it. It is kind of ridiculous not to have a phone listed, specially when someone is actually trying to sell YOUR website for 50k, and you can't do nothing about it. The domain is listed as being owned by someone that isn't you. Did you buy the domain in another name somehow or from someone else? Without proof that I am speaking with the owner of the domain, I can't do anything, and the name you gave on the document attached above doesn't match the name we have on record for the domain. ..................... THATS WHAT THERE REPLY WTF?! after me sending a fax, a scan of my identification and make me go through all this shit for one whole day. what kind os hosting is this? I SAID MY DOMAIN WAS HACKED and its been 2 fkn days and thats ll you guys can say? that is not under my info? well DUH the hacker CHANGED MY INFO! WHAT!? They don't have any backup files having you as the owner? Well, what about the debit card then?? Do they need you to fly to Orlando or something so you can prove them wrong... geez
SAD thing is, that this kid goes around hacking Myspace Resource Sites that make over $xx,xxx a month (which is Steph's case), and take all the revenues to himself, and yet nothing is been done about it. People support their families with this kind of income. What a way to help... |
