DNS and reseller plans
Does the dns for my main site need to resolve before the sites I am hosting will resolve? I don't want to change the nameserver of my main site until I am finished uploading, but one of the sites I host is ready to go online. Thanks.

If the accounts you resell are using surpass names servers then no, but if they are using your name servers then yes.
