Yeah this is true, according to Teq you simply contact sales and they arrange this service for you. Its a one off $50 for the account. And $9 per domain (i.e gTLD like .com .net .org (i am not sure if .biz .info .aero .info the newer gTLD domains are included but I am sure sales will answer all your questions !))
