Propagation Problem (I think)
HI All,
I have already turned in a support ticket on this Ticket ID: LPI-41306, but thought that maybe there is a simple fix. One of the domains I transfered does not seem to have propagated. Should have by now. All the rest did. Is there a quick way to fix this? The DNS is all correct, I double checked. I use Go Daddy for all of my domains so I changed the DNS there. As I said, all others transfered over fine. The domain in question is naknekalaska.com Thanks. |

If it has been 48 hours, then there is a problem. If not, be patient. I'm sure support will see if there is a problem.

Thanks.
It has been well over 72 hrs. now and this is such an important website. Commercial fishing season has started here and this site is the community website that contains all of the Fish and Game updates. |

It looks pretty propagated. I tried a few reliable dns services, however one service found a problem

Thanks Scott,
It has been well over 72 hrs. This is an addon domain. All of the others did just fine in the move. The original support ticket I turned in said FTP problem because at first that's what I thought it was. Should I turn in another ticket with a new subject? I hate to send too many. When you say, Quote:
Thanks again for checking. |

I take it you setup the domain in one of your account whether it be an addon or a stand alone domain. If you did that then the server is supposed to be ready to accept your domain. But that dns error suggests that maybe its not. I will be honest I dont know enough in this area to outrightly say its a problem with surpass somewhere, but thats my instinct since you followed the proceedure. !?!?
Hope support help you ![]() |

Thanks,
I am so frustrated right now. Any site down but this one would be fine. It has been down 3 days because of the DNS change. People are getting angry because they can't check the fishing times. Oh well, maybe support will answer soon. Thanks for trying. |
