Domain Name Problem
Hello,
I just noticed a strange problem. My domain name works when I type in http://thelittlerock.com (without the www) in my browser, but does not work when I type in http://www.thelittlerock.com. My browser simply gives me a "The page cannot be displayed" error message. Does anyone know why this might be happening when it hasn't before? Thanks! |

Simply clearing your cache files might do the trick. If you're using Internet Explorer...open Internet Explorer, go to Tools, then Internet Options. From the "General" tab, choose the "Delete Files" button; check the "Delete all offline content" then click "OK". Wait for it to finish (it may take up to 5 minutes if you don't do this periodically. Now, exit the Internet Options screen, exit Internet Explorer. Re-open Internet Explorer and try accessing your website first via http://thelittlerock.com then http://www.thelittlerock.com. I betcha this has resolved it.

Could be a DNS issue since www. is a subdomain. Just wait a few hours and see.
