Problem with "www" in domain name

I have a dedicated server. One of the domains on that server is going through periods of time, sometimes a couple hours long, where the domain can't be accessed in the format http;//www.domain.com, but can be with http;//domain.com (semi-colons on purpose). It seems the be the only domain on the server having this problem. It's been noticed by visitors on different ISPs, as well.

Any thoughts as to why? Thanks!

Katie

It could be a propagation problem. So, email support if it's an OLD domain. If it is NEW, just wait a little while.

It's new to the server, but it went about a week or so without any problems before this one showed up. Still just wait it out?

Wait a little while longer. If the problem persists past what you are used to in terms of propogation time, contact support.

it is then, possibly, an ISP problem. But if it's been on this server for a week I'd message support about it. They have had a few glitches in the DNS since all hell went bad in the hurricane.

Unfortunately the problem's been spotted on different ISPs. I do have a note in to support, so hopefully it'll get straightened out. Thanks, all!
