Add On Domain

can someone tell me how to make my add on domain thing work i cant figure it out
www.edgewatermortgage.com is the host site
new domain is www.Newsmyrnabeachmortgage.com to point to /nsb on the other one
i set up the name servers to match on the new domain but it still seems to point no where
someone i asked said i didnt have ZONE set up, like the "www." part of the name was broken? i cant figure it out any suggestions?

Is it active?
I will need your Domain...
Cpanel has a Detailed Manual on Doing the install once it is activated.

twoproblems i think are
1) my new domain does not resolve to ANY ip (www.newsmyrnabeachmortgage.com)
and
2) Cpanel thing wont work error says cant resolve IP for domain

sorry I meant to say the domain of the server, or IP of the server... I will search and see what I can do.

I loked and the 3 addon domains are active I will need a server tech to check to see if there is another issue.. I didnt see the DNS even active ... not sure why if it was entered correctly,

I am not sure if it is Broken or if you entered it incorrectly, Need to have a Trouble Ticket Submitted. I will Forward this Thread to a Server Admin.

It works now but points to the root directory and not the subdir i made, i tried to change it in cpanel, but could not, any advice on making the addon point to a subdir?

ive used the cpanel and other stuff it just wont point to /nsb
check out my new page www.edgewatermortgage.com/nsb/index.html that is what should come up when www.newsmyrnabeachmortgage.com is pulled up, any help would be great i cant get it to work myself
