Thumbs up

Hi there! I just have a quick question. Upon signing up for a domain and web hosting from Surpass, my sister and I received multiple e-mails, among which were two e-mails that instructed us to use two different sets of Name Servers. Which ones should I use? How can I tell?

I've tried both, but the DNS Maintainence page still states that we are not using Surpass Name Servers. Help!

I have the same exact problem, registered domain and hosting with surpass, and my nameservers were automatically set to dns5.whatever and dns6.whatever. I just got an email (2 weeks after signing up) that said my website hadn't resolved to their nameservers yet (My website had worked perfectly fine during this time) and the email requested that I change my primary and secondary nameservers to Undefined. I did that last night, and now my website doesn't work at all.

Edit: My DNS maintenance page also has said from the start that I'm not using surpass' nameservers

crafty,

Change your DNS's back, there was a problem with WHMAP. If you domain was working fine, then you were suppose to ignore that email, we've included that.

Our domain is www.Apocalypse-Monthly.com, we received another e-mail from Surpass stating that there was an error in the e-mail sent and told us the correct NS's to use and we have sinced changed them, but as of yet, we still cannot access the site by the domain, and our DNS maint. page still says that we are not using Surpass NS's.

Though it's only been 24 hours since we made the final change, so I'm assuming it will probably take longer? 48, 72 hours?
