Dear friends..;

I've bought a basic hosting pack and a domain name from surpass yesterday but it still didnt working...Must I configure something at the c-panel for using my domain name!when I wrote www.karata.net on the addressbar of my explorer it gives me a standart error...Please someone help me I'll loose my work...

İf there is a configuration about domain name...please someone tell me how can ı do that.

When I go to domain managing page on surpass I'm ttaking a problem about nameservers...!

It takes 24 to 72 hours for the server to resolve by name.

In the mean time, your welcome email clearly detailed how to access the server via IP address.

Unfortunately, many CMS products require the NAME to resolve before they'll install properly.

depending on where you are in the world it can take almost 3 days (72 hours). This actually happened to me once even in the US with a US based server.

I'm living in Europe\TURKEY is it takes much time?I can access to my hosting...But I can t arrive it via my domain name www.karata.net.

İt's ok from the ip connecting I'can arrive my c-panel.

I'm getting an "Under Construction" sign when I go to that domain, so it's starting to resolve around the world. Just wait another day and you should be fine.. it took my domain 48 hours to start working correctly when I moved to Surpass.

then login with your user account name and password.

As I said, 24 hours is MINIMUM. I've heard of things resolving in 8-10 hours, but that is NOT typical.
