I've little problem
I bought Taideteos.NET and Hosting from Surpass on 1st September, but I don't understand how the domain can work. ^^
So first I've to login into SurpassDomain, then click what and what? When I go to Taideteos.NET there is: We're sorry, but we were unable to process the redirection request for the site you are attempting to access. If you feel that you are receiving this message in error, please check the URL and try your request again. W1 (RF) Please help me~. |

You have to wait 24-72 hours for your domain to resolve, then it will work

hi Yashiza,
try uploading an index.php file - via FTP or cpanel. you can access your homedirectory through the http://ipaddress/~username/ if that doens't help you out, then please email support. thanks. |

So I've to click Custom Nameservers and then..?
In my first mail there were this help: Update your domain name's DNS wherever you purchased the domain. Approximately 24 hours afterwards, your domain name will point to the Surpass server your hosting account is on. If you purchased your domain with us, please login to your domain account at www.surpassdomains.com and double check that the DNS corresponds with the DNS listed below. *****.dizinc.com IP-Adress *****.dizinc.com IP-Adress So..? Should I fill the 1) with that first dizinc.com 2) IP-Adress 3) second dizinc.com 4) IP-adress Arwh. |
