If the domain is currently added right as an add-on domain, this certainly needs to be reported to support. It's not a DNS propagation issue since when I request it directly from the domain's nameserver, it gives an error.
And yes, I've had this happen before for a client. Support said that the zone file was corrupt and they fixed it. Technical info: Quote:
