I searched for your domain name, and the Hotmail address that is in your forum profile, no tickets come up for you. You did receive an email when you wrote to them, correct? No one is ignoring you, something has happened that is not intentional. Can you paste the ticket ID here? I have searched again for your domain name in the ticket system, and nothing comes up. Would be easier to look up the ID directly.
