As far as I can tell, Surpass Domains does not have a reseller program, so you need to get a reseller account with another registrar. Like me :-)
That was not a joke, I am my own registrar and I can have resellers within my service. The main registrar company I use, DirectI, gives me a bulk discount and lets me set a price for the public and a lower price for my resellers. The domain reseller account gives you access to their full control panel, lets you set your own markups, pick which products to sell, etc. The only thing I don't like is that it uses a debit system, which is a little bit complicated the first time you mess with it. I like mine because it interacts perfectly with whois.cart, so when my clients buy a domain thru my hosting site, the activation happens immediately without my intervention.
