ok im not totally sure about what add-on domain actually means... can i add a domain name to my site but in the same directory as the original one points to?

also can this domain name not be a redirection but act like the original domain name. you see i have many contacts that send email to my domain and i was wondering if i could still get them without having to transfer my space to a new domain name, but use both domain names for the same site... sorry if im confusing you, im confused myself lol

also if this procedure is available how much will it cost?

To purchase an add-on domain, it is a one time fee of $15, and you can email sales[at]surpasshosting.com for that (I believe).

An add-on domain is a subdirectory within your account. For example, my main domain, fanatically.org has a subfolder called 'evendim' - this is for my add-on domain evendim.org. It is not a redirect, but acts as a whole different domain itself.

Both domains (the main one and the add-on) share the same space within your account.

I'm not a Surpass expert here, but I have purchased add-on domains before and had the same questions as well. I hope this helps

what do u mean by the same space? the same directory?

ok erm... toxic-angel.net points to toxic-angel.net/public_html ...yeah? well i want my new domain to point to the same directory e.g.
newdomain.com pointing to toxic-angel.net/public_html but yet still coming up in the adress bar as newdomain.com or a page coming up as newdomain.com/title.php as well as coming up toxic-angel.net/title.php depending on which domain name u entered.

The same space as in, you can have as many add-on domains as you'd like, but they all have to share the same space that you have purchased from Surpass - they don't each get their own package (that would be a Reseller).

If you want a different domain to point to your other domain, I believe that is what a parked domain is for (I haven't ever had one, so I'm not completely sure about this option).
