Surpass Client Area Login
I don't know where to post this, but i'm having problem to log in to surpass client area also with domain area, the problem is i couldn't resend the password because i've changed the email address i use when i registered my account before from leony+yacht.ocn.ne.jp to l3ony+yacht.ocn.ne.jp
I have purchased 2 domains on surpass domains and now i want to purchase another one. Could some one help me to reset the password and send them to my new email address ? And oh I've sent my email to surpass support and domain support about 3 times already since last month but i didn't get any replied. Thanks.

Hi leony - did you get any autoreplies when you submitted the tickets?
If not support never got them. Please submit another ticket using your [at]mac address explaining the siutation with the domain area. if you dont get an autoreply with a ticket ID - post back here. thanks for your patience. |

that makes sense now, because i dont see any tickets from you since september 12th.
if you have to, try a yahoo, or a hotmail account. this will work out. have faith. thanks for your patience. |
