Details details details please!

What email program are you using?
What kind of error messages were you getting when trying to use it?
You changed your email to your ISP? In your email program?

The more info you can provide, the easier it will be to troubleshoot and help.

Kinda sounds like you may have one little setting off somewhere. Have you tried using your webmail to see if the account can actually be accessed? If it can be accessed there, I would look very closely at your settings in Max OSX Mail. It sounds like either you don't have the Authentication setup for that account, or you have the wrong account name/password for it. Definitely try the webmail first and see, and we can go from there.

If you are using your ISP's mail server for outbound and its still not working you should call them (your ISP). if you use your ISP's outbound server it no longer has anything toi do with the surpass servers.

Some ISPs are limiting resources to 3rd party smtp server now adays..

See if your ISP can help you send... If you have to.. Work with them on getting you an account set with them.. If you can send 100% then change the Reply address and you should be back to normal..

If you have recieving problems.. Well thats a whole nother story... :jester:

i am more interested in finding out why 2 of my 3 email accounts still work. its just the 1 that doesn't send anything out.

2 of my 3 accounts can send mail to mail.mikemccarron.com (surpass).

So that account can't send mail from mail.mikemccarron.com or using you ISP as the smtp server? Your ISP is probably blocking email that has a From: or Reply: header for a domain other than the ISPs domain. That's standard security practice. As for why you can't send out the email from your mail.mikemccarron.com, I am thinking that if you are sure all your settings are correct, this needs to be a support ticket.
