Blacklisted
I'm getting a lot of outgoing email bounced because it appears Dior has been blacklisted. I had a support ticket that was open for nearly a month and then closed without explanation. This is becoming a pain since I'm using phpBB which requires new members to confirm their account via email. I consistantly get bounced email which says:

What is the rest of the header? What ISP are you sending email to?
Dior is not in any major blacklist so I assume an ISP has it in a private list. http://dnsstuff.com/tools/ip4r.ch?ip=66.194.152.165 We have no way of checking the thousands of private blacklists, so it is good that you sent us an alert about it, but I can't find it. Please just paste the ISP info here and I will take care of it.

Same thing here. Server IP has been blocked in several places and me and my clients can't just rely on our e-mail server. I opened a support ticket on Jan 27, sent it back 3 times and nobody replied yet! Is there any support for members at all??
Can anybody at Surpass please do something about this issue? Here's the e-mail I sent to support: Code:

This IP is not in any major blacklist. The problem with AOL cannot be solved except for using your ISPs outgoing mail server. Our customers who forward their email with us to their AOL account causes the issue. They report an email they receive as spam, but it appears to come from our server- even though it originally came from a completely different server. This is a flaw in AOLs system that causes our IPs to be randomly blocked because our server is a middleman in email delivery. When we asked them about this, they said there was nothing we could do but try to block known spam sources from our servers. We have tried that, but not everyone welcomed the idea because some real email was lost. Thread is here: AOL Blacklisting Woes, need your opinion please.

This happens to our IPs randomly and it really is a shame.
I see that you tried to sign up to their feedback loop I believe? That is only for server admins. We are indeed signed up to them, and all of the alerts we get don't even help. They are just copies of email our own customers get. They are not spam reports from our servers, they originate from other servers. The ultimate answer? To not allow our customers to forward their email to any other email address, especially AOL addresses. But we can't exactly do that.

Thank you for your reply, Kayla. At last I find some kind of answer, since my support ticket has not been replied to. Appreciate your time and effort.
OK, I understand the AOL problem now and it seems there's no solution. Fine then. But what about this outblaze.com? It states the server IP is blacklisted and when I tried to contact them they replied "Please ask your webhosting provider hostdime / dimenoc.com to contact us about this issue". A lot of e-mail is being returned due to this blacklist, so I hope you can contact them and try to resolve at least this one issue. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

When I went to spamblock.outblaze.com it said IP not found.
I will email them anyway to see why it happened in the first place. The last issue we had with them was over an email that was not even a spam message, it was reported by someone who was upset over the sender. Please check their site again for your IP, maybe I am missing out on something here.
