(Oops, sorry about the title)

I have a big problem with my hosting from surpass, I have an Israeli web page, which alows automated registration and e-mail sending.

But every one who registers with an email from the isp netvision (netvision.net.il) doesn't get the mail from the server!

If I send the mail from my private mail of my ISP, the email are being sent with no problems.

I did not have this problem before moving to surpass hosting.

Quote:

Mail Delivery Failed:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

***(deleted)netvision.net.il
SMTP error from remote mailer after initial connection:
host mx20.netvision.net.il [194.90.9.19]: 500 5.7.1 SPEWS [1] pwebtech, see http://spews.org/ask.cgi?S2649
(of course I'm the one who added the ***(deleted) in the above quote, instead of one of the user's username in the ISP.)

Well, my first test/question would be can you send an email to any of those people from any email account under your domain? Do it through webmail or something like that.

I had a similar problem with a customers system, it turned out that there email server was using a lame dns server. company123.com could email them but when it came to a reply it failed..

once we switched theyre dns to others it worked fine. contacted isp, they acknowledged issues with theyre dns servers...
