E-mail down?
Is the E-mail down? My email was working fine, even after the DNS changed to my surpass account from from my old host, it was fine (that was days ago). I think it could be that my outlook is not configured properly. Any ideas?

I am having the same problem with little help from Surpassdomains. I have tried port 25, 26, 589 like it was mentioned in other posts with no luck. I use outlook 2002, but have tried Outlook express with no luck. If I do find a fix I will post it.

Outlook 2002 error
Here is my error in Outlook 2002. I have tried everything I can think of with little luck. I use to support email at microsoft so I understand what can go wrong. This is not on my end. There is something wrong on the surpass side I think. Does anyone have a suggestion? I have all different kinds of email programs. Everything works fine on webmail.

I switched for the same reason and my brother inlaw told me all the wonderfull things about surpass. I do know one thing about the email - mail.yourdomain.com usually does not work for both pop3 and smtp. Usually it would be something like sendmail.yourdomain.com for smtp something that would seperate the two - pop3/smtp.
