[Outlook 2003] Sent-Mail

Do you know how to download sent-mail via webmail to your sent items folder in outlook?

My only thought is to forward it all to the account held in outlook. This would seem to be the only way, sans the webmail having an import/export feature that you aren't seeing, but I'm sure you've checked.
