port 25, 26, 587, 588, 589 does not work
i made a pop3 email account with my cpanel
i need to use the account on outlook express the receiving is fine the sending does not work port 25, doesnt work port 26, doesnt work port 587, doesnt work port 588, doesnt work port 589, doesnt work I have tried using both auth outgoing and non-auth outgoing i tried using telnet on my domain, seems like 25 is block by my isp the other ports are just being refused by the server. any ideas????????????
