Hello,
As you can see this is gong to take a bit of writing to explain. Hope I do not nake it more confusing. I have two different domains on two different servers. One is with Surpass (herein known as internal server/domain) the other is not (herein known as external). I created a web page with a form to use on a secure server. I decided to use the external server to host this page. I have BNB Form to process the page. In that form I choose to direct the mail results to an email address on a domain on the internal server. However, the mail was returned to the catchall account of the external domain stating an error : Quote:
![]() I sent an email from the an account on the external domain and it resolved fine as it did when I sent one from my computer. So, I decided to try and "fool" the server Anyway, I directed the mail from the form to an email address on the external domian and I created a forward on the external domain to send to the internal domain email address I was trying to use before. The result was the same - it bounced to the catchall of the external domain. Now, when I use an internal email address in the form it processes fine. I sent this issue to support on both servers and it was the other guys server problem according to each of them. A bright note in all of this: Surpass responded with 15 minutes and again within 10 minutes to my second support queery. I do dig surpass ![]() I look forward to additional input Thanks

I hate to disagree with support here, and I am no wiz on the email administrative stuff, but it looks as though the problem lies on the internal server. Maybe one of the server admins will see this and give us a little insight...
