Yesterday I started having problem uploading email. Today I can't even receive any email as they all bounced back to the sender :frust: .. I can;t even send it back to myself without bouncing...
Anybody can help me out?? I can't live without my EMAIL!!

Please submit a ticket to support about this problem. Use an account outside of your domain to make sure you get the correspondence...

Already submitted a ticket yesterday and still awaiting resolution of problem. My Ticket ID: VFM-61991.
Was told to telnet to my mail server to check for certain setting, which I did. I have replied to that but have yet to get a reply from Support...It is sad that on many occasions i have to sound-off on the Forum to get things resolved.

We would rather you not feel that way.. support should be able to handle all issues you send to them.
No one here in the forum can really help you with the type of email problem you are having.
