Email not sending/recieving....
Sorry about this I know it’s been asked loads of times but I can’t find the answer to my problem. I am a total novice in this area tho`
I have the domain wiggers.co.uk that used to be hosted with a company in the UK. I have set the DNS to: ns856.dizinc.com 8.10.120.86 ns857.dizinc.com 8.10.120.87 This has worked without any problem I have set up Outlook to mail.wiggers.co.uk and placed my ISP assigned email in it, together with the username/password given to me by surpass. I can ‘test account setting’ in outlook & receive the test message that is automatically generated but that is all. I cannot send/receive any mail using * wiggers.co.uk domain. I do not get any error messages or mails that bounce back so I only assume I’ve set it up wrong & my usual 30/40 mails I get per day are whizzing around the world lost!Any help appreciated Thanks Steve Oh, one more thing I have set up in my cpanal in my ‘domain forward maintenance’ to that of my ISP mail address, dunno if its important -) |

Ah righto ...sorry -(
I was under the impression that if I required any technical help, my first port of call should be via these forums, wrongly assuming that surpass would answer, not kind people giving up their time & helping out -) Time to look up their support email page |
