I get this error:

Any ideas? I get more 30 junk mail some days!

I would use this, but I never get spam :love3: hopefully that won't change. Anyways, if I did use it..whenever I tried sending myself mail it would delete it. I have a contact form, so I won't know who will be sending me mail, therefore, I can't put people's email in the whitelist section.

This error can be caused by one of several things. One is that the DB module is not loaded (see AGIX's messages in this thread). The second is that a cpanel update corrupted the database. This is likely the case if the script HAS RUN in the past, but stops working. This is why you keep a large number of spams in your SPAM folder - so if you have to delete the DB you can retrain it quickly.

I configured my accounts last month according to the instructions and "life was great"

The last few weeks something in SA is suffering from Alzheimers and has forgotten how to delete the mails marked >> X-Spam-Level: ********

I have take the entries out and put them back and still everthing over 8 *'s is not being sent to dev/nul
Have also added "any header contains: *******"

Setting: SpamBox OFF / No Header Modification

Server: ChopChop
Accounts: wap3.com cbcog98.org rockfoodtable.com

it's Cpanel's 'mail filters' that do the auto delete, not Spam Assassin.

Also, some kind of 'rounding' rule seems to be in play, and some messages that are exactly at your 'cut point' seem to be kept, while others are trashed.

sorry you can't do 'half points'... I've tried using a REGEX (regular expression) but the filters just don't work when you use them, regardless of what cpanel says...

If the problem persists, delete the rule and re-add it.
