I think its up to you..

I normally give 10MB per user and tell them to Remove From Server for 10 Days. Thats Only if they access it from 2 locations...

Once the quota is getting met the system will send the user a message telling them its getting full..

I have assigned 100MB to a user who loves to store everything... all it does is eat away at your space restriction

np for the reply..

I would imagine theres no limit... there could be... just think.. if you have 100MB's of emails thats 1000's if you have for you if you ever try to pop3 in from another machine.. Thats crazy..

np for the reply..
thanks 'Clove' ^^

i have 2 questions.
one is simple.
what's 'np' means?
-.-
second is 'is it no limit to send e-mail's file size?'
i saw most web-hosting suppliers are limiting e-mail's size 4-5MB.
i really wonder that.

have a good day!!

np = No Problem

As for the the max email size, I don't think there is any restriction on Surpass. I have a few clients under me that have sent 30+ mb emails successfully. The one thing to keep in mind is that email was not designed nor meant to be a file transfer mechanism, so when you start sending large emails, there can be all kinds of problems not related to the host or server.
