I just received an error from my e-mail client (output from response by e-mail server) that I had exceeded the maximum number of connections for the hour.
Since I am paying for a certain amout of throughput per month, how is it your services right to tell me how many connections I can make per hour. If I want to check my e-mail every 10 seconds (not that I would) shouldn't I be allowed? Can someone please provide some insight into this? Thanks in advance, Steve |

The amount of connections per an hour is a throttle put in place to keep the server from crashing. If every email account was trying to check the server every 10 seconds, it wouldn't work very well. Just wait a few minutes if that happens and you will be allowed back on.
