Spam filter?
Howdy. Is there any way I can adjust the spam filter settings for my webmail account? Many people have been telling me their e-mails are bouncing back and there's plenty of space available on the server. I'm not even sure it is the spam filter but regardless something is preventing certain people from communicating with me. Any help/info appreciated. Thanks!
Matthew

It seems the spam filter has been disabled all this time. Any other reasons why many people would have their mail bounce back?

many email servers reject mail from some internet providers, even from free email such as hotmail or yahoo. It put's them in the junk email box.
As for bounce back.. can only think either the sender of the email has not got there end setup right or the email server is blocking them.. |
