Disappearing e-mails

I went into my Horde mailbox and one of the folders was empty!

It had a lot of important messages in it including passwords. Now it's gone.

Any idea if I can get this back?

did you do a full backup ???

if you do, all your mails are in there... =)

Thanks. I neglected to do the backups. A good lesson learned.
