Can't Receive Or Send Email
And before you say it, I've tried the Help Desk. I've gotten no response other than the generic "automated" response (to a seperate email account since my surpass account fails!).
Oh...and the automated response gives me a ticket key that doesn't work to check progress/replies to my ticket. What's up with that???
