It appears we are only able to log in partially to our webmail accounts.
Login proceeds normally until the final screen loads and we see none of the mail folders - not even inbox, and "Mail" is not in bold (indicating no new mail). Instead, small part of the usual tree appears. When we click on the word "Mail", only the "filters" option appears -- -- with a new request for login while showing the partial tree. No amount of log in response makes any difference. It keeps asking for another login. SMTP is working fine. What's up? David Zirius, Inc. |

Since it's been 5 days you've probably already solved this but it sounds like a problem with your webmail database or installation. Not sure if you're using Horde or one of the other options but I've seen something like this with Horde. Support would need to fix the issue or, if you're not using IMAP, you could try uninstalling and reinstalling your email accounts (making sure you first download any messages in the account, and I like to delete the corresponding Horde folders before reinstalling).
