I want to send all unrouted email to the "blackhole" for immediate deletion.
Cpanel says to do the following:

Hint: You can enter :blackhole: to discard all incoming unrouted mail or :fail: no such address here to bounce it.
So the question: Do you need to include the ":" before and after the blackhole for it to work correctly?

If you have the answer great....once my domain propogates I will test and post the answer here for others who might want to know.

Yes, you do include : with it, its a system recognized function I think.
