i can send emails but i cannot recieve them and also my ftp does not work

Now that's weird. I can see DNS entries for your site, but I can't ping any of your subdomains at all. You may need to email support

surpasshosting about this pronto. They are the ones that should be able to resolve this issue.

ok thanks but it is my dad who had signed up for this for me so does he have to send the email or can i send from my address.

You can send the email from any address. You just need the proper account information before you submit.

hmm they said that they had no trouble connecting to my site via ftp or sending emails to my email address but i still cannot do this has any one got ne ideas

Is it something i am doing because i am not sure?

Please help

Well, I guess maybe when you are trying to receive emails, what messages does your email client give you? Have you tried accessing your email through the webmail scripts available? It could be a really simple login issue.

Same thing goes for the FTP. What if any error do you get when logging in?
