OS X Mail - Password Random Rejection

I am using Mail on OS X and i cna check my mail fine but every 20-30 mins i get an annoying message from Mail stating that the server has rejected my password and goes into offline mode. When i click go on line to check my mail again it is rejected again but if i wait awhile and manually check again everyhting goes through fine. This is only happening with my mail accounts i have on Dime13. I have two other accounts that work fine that are't with surpass (gmail, work). Logically i would think that says its a problem with Surpass, maybe a port or something. Support says that there isn't a problem. Well there is a problem. I have done a lot to try and fix this problem on my end by resetting network settings, reinstalled my OS. I would like to see if anyone else has had a problem like this. or if anyone has any ideas.

I actually have problems on my Mac as well. I use IMAP, though. Every 10 minutes or so the message I get says, "Lost Mailbox Lock" and I do not have this issue on my Windows machine. It really has bugged me to no end. I do not think it is the server because of this.

I tested my problem on Thunderbird and i got the same error but a more specfic error message. Apperently you can only check you mail a certain number of times an hour. I had my Mail checking every minute. I am only guessing Surpass imposed a limit of how many times you can check your mail.

I only seem to get mail errors when I'm on my Mac.. which is strange in itself.

The problem you are having must only be on Dime13. I will have it thoroughly checked.
