Someone have a problem with their email please so I can explain what you did wrong.

ok, i have a problem. why is some of our mail getting bounced?? i started getting relayed denied errors on outgoing mail so i changed my authentication settings. now i can send mail but im not getting some of my mail. whats the deal??
