Outlook now asking for password
I have had my email setup fine for like 4 months now. Have all the passwords saved, everything. Its been working fine. The past few weeks I have been getting tons of email errors, but they seem to fix themselves and go off and on. I cant figure out whats going on, but now I cant even get to my email. Its asking me for the password and the password is correct.
The error is. Err- Mailbox is locked by process 31268. Another mail client is using this mailbox... What the hell, Im the only one that should be using my mailbox... I can connect fine via webmail. Whats going on? |

Hold on,
Sometimes when you logout from your email for some reason you don't logout from the system. Contact support at http://desk.surpasshosting.com And they can look in to it. And if it needed they will run a script to fix it.
