Question
I just recently returned to using surpass after a year, but I thought your other e-mail users could type in mail.domain.com then log in and pick their appropriate program. Now, it won't work... try it yourself and see the evil teal and orange page I get.
mail.brokenaria.com Is there a setting I need to change or can it no longer be done? I'm good at the design end, not the technical end. Thanks so much!

I can log in with my main account but not any other account using that. It's still claiming the mail.brokenaria.com is not configured.
**frustrated** And I can't set up Outlook or Thunderbird until it is. Thanks though, Ozzy.

In case you haven't tried this: with your main account all you need is the user name but with any other email addresses, you need the full email address: user
domainname.com. You cannot leave out the domain.EDIT: The same thing applies to Outlook/Thunderbird/Etc.

It's still not working. When I triend sending mail out of Thunderbird using smtp.brokenaria.com it said the site is down or not configured correctly. Could it actually not be configured or am I seriously screwing up somewhere? If it is screwed up who do you think would be best to call or e-mail? Now, the webmail is working if I log in at www.brokenaria.com/webmail using the addresses.

your smtp address should be mail.brokenaria.com, not smtp.brokenaria.com. your pop address would be the same. this should all be in your welcome email.
