email bouncing
Hi. My email from one Surpass hosted site (architectureburger.com) to another Surpass hosted site (haughtdog.com) is bouncing. I use the haughtdog email as my main email. I have not heard of anyone else having problesm sending to my haughtdog address. Any ideas on what is going on?

Weird. Both the problem and the fact it fits in both categories on the forum. Maybe we only need this one. I duno. I'll kill the other one, and just use this one.
When you say it's bouncing, is it doing it and saying something along the lines of it not being a valid email address, or not being able to find it? Basically, what's the problem saying?

On the architectureburger.com end it is saying "retry timeout exceeded". Specifically it is when my friend emails me from james
 architectureburger.com to garretthaughtdog.com. He has reported no other problems with his address. |

Weird. Is he sending with one of the webmail services or with a client like outlook, thunderbird, etc.

He said he is sending from Outlook Express. He adds that he has only had this problem when sending to garrett
haughtdog.com. |

Tell him to try making a new email account and sending a message to you. This way, we know if it's just that one account that is having problems.
