Suddenly Unable to Access Neomail
I have used Neomail for my webmail access since I began my hosting account with Surpass, over a year ago. Suddenly, last week, I was unable to access Neomail, and I just get the following message on an error page:

I noticed a few days before that I received a number of "mail failure" notices in my INBOX, and I assumed my email address had been spoofed, which has happened previously. My question is this: Am I being selectively blocked from using Neomail, or is webmail service from Neomail no longer included in the Shared Hosting Deluxe package? I really prefer Neomail over the other 2 options (Horde and Squirrel). Has anyone else had any problems like this, and if so, what did you do to correct it? Thanks! Pam

It's probably just a permissions problem with your mail account. Send a ticket to support and they should be able to get it fixed for you. http://desk.surpasshosting.com
